where do I re-load purchased extra content

I have had ME2 for a while and played many times. I had to have work done on my computer so lost my games and had to download ME2 again. I had purchased Lair of the Shadow Broker, Kasumi Stolen Memory and Overlord but I do not think they re-loaded. I cannot find a way to get these extras back. Please tell me how to get back these items I payed for. Thanks

    If you have the game at Origin: right click the cover of ME2 in the Game Library > extra content.

    If you have the game on Steam: Here.
