OK, so a friend invited me to join an MP game and when I tried to join I was told I don't have the right version of the game! I have completely vanilla game, never modded, was working totally fine last week but now all of a sudden I can't join others in MP! WTF?
I have repaired the game again through the Origin client and still no result.
Will someone in EA Support please respond?

That could be an issue. You need all the free multiplayer DLC.

No. EA support isn't here, but at http://help.ea.com/contact-us

@ElectroRonin As fred says, be sure that you have all the MP packs installed, they should be free.
Also power cycle your router if you haven't already. If nothing changed on the system side of things, perhaps the issue is on the network.
Thanks Fred,
To be clear I have all the free DLC loaded.
I cycled the router and managed to play several hours successfully.
Now, a day later, I have tried to play again and again I can't get into any MP games. The router has not been cycled since the successful session.
I then cycled the router and still no success.
Network is otherwise fine as I can stream and use p2p without problems.
Hi David
As my reply to Fred states, my set-up appears to be fine.
This seems to be a particular issue with ME3/Origin/EA network interface requirements which are opaque to us players such that we cannot correct the matter either through local configuration or contact with our ISP to ensure specific traffic is not being interfered with.
Can you provide any such detail?
Thanks
