Why only 4 beds on the Tempest?
Like it says, why only 4 b3eds on the Tempest when you have a crew of 8? It was the same on the Normandy, never enough beds for all the crew. They can't all hot-bed it because the are always all awak...

the tempest is a luxury yatch though with the Frality of a glass sculpture i still maintain that the ship makes little sense for a explorer its like sending 280 year old miranda when you have a Galaxy [normandy class blueprints] the tempest just screams please shoot me alien overlords because i have not the shields or the hull to take any real hits ... meanwhile the normandy is tanking hits like a boss :D
What's even worse? You can't see those windows from the outside. Or they don't match anything on the outside as windows. Most notably on your bedroom and the meeting room.

It's because they aren't windows. They're projection screens. You can see the hexagonal design when looking at them from an angle, the colony buildings on planets function the same way.
Those are windows if you listen to the tempest banter vetra and i think it was cora talk about this in regards to the tempest's lack of weapons

Also if you talk to Kallo (enough times) he'll talk about the time Tempest was build. How they tested the said windows are sturdy enough involving three drunk Krogan...
Projected pr actually transparent not withstanding, a structural weakpoint still.
