In my sims cozy bundle on nintendo switch When my town reach 5 stars i get an unlimited loading screen After a reload my working task book dont work anymore i cant open the task

I'm getting the same problem! I contacted the EA support team, but they said there's no tickets out there for this problem right now and said it is most likely my console. I think it's the game though and not the console.
People are reporting the same bug with perpetual loading on social media (Reddit, Facebook)
I started a new town ... in this town i reach 5 stars without the bug ... so it is not the console ... it is the game :x
Aw I really don’t want to have to start over right now. Hope there can be a patch to fix it.
