5 stars bug

In my sims cozy bundle on nintendo switch 

When my town reach 5 stars i get an unlimited loading screen 

After a reload my working task book dont work anymore i cant open the task

    I have the same issue. Its for sure a bug but EA is not doing anything to correct it... please help, all my work is gone.
