Bought Mysims Cozy but its not in my library

Hi all. I bought Mysims cozy bundle. It took the money out but won't show up that I bought it. Back in the day you used to be able to chat with a rep. If I cant have the game I just want my $43.79 back. Any idea what I do next? I tried to find a number to call ETC. But no dice. I already threw money down the drain to buy corrupted Sims 1 (It wont work to this day) so this seriously just has me beyond done with EA. Please and thank you to all & any help. - Bella
