the exterior lamp you can get after building a home for goth boy's house is not available for other builds, it should appear for wall decor section with other lamps but it's nowhere to be found.
it only appears when i edit goth boy's house.
I came here to post something about this too! Hopefully it gets fixed, I really like the light and wanted to use it on other spooky houses!!
I am also experiencing this bug. I came here to see if the bug had been reported yet/report it if not. Hopefully they fix it because it's my favorite wall lamp :(
