I can't save MySims Kingdom progress

I ordered the Cozy Bundle, however the MySims Kingdom game doesn't save. When I click on the save button a window pops up that says NAND. I tried to repair and relaunch it multiple times already to try to fix the problem, but no success. Interestingly, the MySims doesn't have this problem, it works as it should. What should I do to get it to work? I'm lost.
