MySims Kingdom crashes at create a sim menu

Hi, 

I have the cozy bundle and the regular mysims game plays but when I start up my kingdom it goes into the king explaining the land and how he's going to pick a new wandelior then when it goes into create a sim the game crashes. Not sure what I'm suppose to do to fix this.
