Post Credit Building Bug on Capital Island (MySims Kingdom)

I’ve finished the main game and am onto the post credit gameplay, I’ve noticed a bug specifically on Capital Island where the first bridge the player builds isn’t able to be deleted. 

I talked to King Roland, who asked me to build a new bridge or whatever, as I go into build mode and select one of the two pieces I placed way back at the beginning of my game, I’m not able to delete them. I press B and they just don’t go away. I restarted my save, then the game, then my whole switch and still the same bug. Not sure if this bug applies to other early game builds but will update if does.
