Tobor has fallen off the cliff and is stuck - Game now softlocked

Hi all

Is there any fix or way around the issue where Tobor falls off the cliff and gets stuck during the billboard task ? I am unable to move on without this and i REALLY don’t want to start again for something that shouldn’t have happened 😢
