i’ve contacted ea support about the problem and it looks like they had no knowledge of the problem so that’s good, I talked to an employee named “Preeti” very nice and they contacted the game team and said that this seems to be something they need to take into consideration! I’ll update when i have more

Ik it has been a few months now, but has there been any news. Also how did u get into contact with a rep. I tried opening a ticket, but that doesn't seem to lead anywhere
