Ik it has been a few months now, but has there been any news. Also how did u get into contact with a rep. I tried opening a ticket, but that doesn't seem to lead anywhere

Didnt even know fr it’s been down dis long but sent my complaint hopefully they get back to us soon fr cause 2k ahh
