Same ads are nowhere to be found

Hey, I'm having the same problem for about 6 days now. For some reason, though for me I can watch one of any of the types of ads once or twice a day randomly. I use ios and live in Ontario. I have tried fixing this problem by restarting my phone and restarting my wifi and some other things but none of them work. On my phone ads work for different applications and on my second NBA live account, all the ads work perfectly. I don't know how you guys could fix this but please help us. I have spent almost all of my coins on Ws because I'm trying to get rewards. Please help make sure that this problem gets fixed. Compensation would be nice but I really just want this problem to be fixed. Thank you for taking the time.

@EA_BlueberryI tried the workaround fixes, but everytime I manage to get it working, either the ad will not show up [I just get a black screen], or the infamous "transaction" message will appear after I have watched the ad...How am I supposed to progress in the campaigns when I am not able to see the ads that give such big bonuses?What about the monthly master campaign? Was it in vain that I purchased the weekly pass if I end up with less tokens that I could have got?What about the "Welcome to NY" campaign? I suppose you can imagine how many points I lost... After heavy grinding I am at 88.641 instead of 95.000-100.000. Now it is impossible for me to get Erving 102, right?Not to mention the "Golden Week" campaign; 6 lost tokens every day.. This is one 96-102 OVR Golden Week player in two days..I suppose you can understand why I am so frustrated. And all I get is your apology.I think it should be more than an apology.At least make it an option, like the boom or bust pack.Instead of watching the ad, I can buy the bonuses for 50 coins - something symbolic like that. NOT NBA CASH, that would be hilarious.I am hoping for an answer to my suggestionThank you in advance

What for flagging this down for us. Can you all let us know what type of devices you're on and whether restarting your device and re-launching the app a couple times helps get the ads to show up? I've seen others report this in the past, however after a couple tries going in and out of the store it can help fix this. We'll continue to relay reports like this up to the team though. 👍

Whenever I try to watch an ad to get the relevant reward it keeps bringing up this dialogue box [see attached] once the ad has finished playing.
"Your transaction was cancelled and you have not been charged".
So, I don't get the reward [either the W's points or any other campaign token].
I am using a Xiaomi Redmi 8A Smartphone.

This happen to me as well. I was able to get it working by restarting the app and then trying again in the store. It worked perfectly. After opening up the reward the ads disappeared, but when I selected Sim Series at the top and then tapped back on Influencers they showed back up with the correct counter amount (1/3). I was able to claim 3 rewards for each ad.

I tried what you suggested, even reinstalling the app, but I keep getting the same message
I am really disappointed that I am not getting the rewards for a second day in the row...

@AgisTournas Have you tried restarting your device and attempted it on mobile data instead of WiFi, or toggled WiFi off and back on?

Do these steps help out at all?

I have tried all the possible ways as described
I made a fresh install [just 10 minutes ago for the 4th time today] & the problem is still there
It seems to have emerged suddenly after some new ads were added to the app
The Messenger one, the Facebook and another one I don't recall right now...
Is there an issue with those particular ads?
Do other people report the same behavior from the app?

You're not the only one as I've seen some reports from other sources head our way too. I've seen cases where it's only specific ads affected. We've raised this up to the team for investigation and I'll update the post as soon as we have more info around it. Any workarounds others have found useful are always appreciated here.

Have you tried resetting your Google Ad ID?

First of all I would like to say a big thank you for your interest in this case.
It is very nice to see that someone from the EA team is trying to help.
I have tried resetting my Google Ad ID, but the result is always the same.
I was lucky enough to get the rewards two times, but I have another 14 failed attempts!
Note that I keep track of my tries today, since the problem that has been troubling me for 3-4 days made me loose many W's points and tokens of the Monthly Masters campaign & the Influencers campaign, as well as too much stamina that I could have used to progress in my game.
I can only hope that the EA Team will send some compensation, so that those campaigns will not be a waste of time...
