Advertisement / Watch Ad doesn't works - don't receive reward

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug When i try to play ad by "Watch Ad" to get Stamina or "Boom or Bust" or Madness Bracket Sampler advertisment doesn't work at all or work but after ad i dont get reward
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Earlier it helped to kill the application and start again
What happens when the bug occurs? does not receive a reward Or all places where you can get something for advertising disappear - in the store or in missions where there are advertising bonuses
What do you expect to see? reward for watch advertisement

    Hey there!

    If you're still experiencing this can you let me know what type of iPhone you're on, how much stamina you currently have, and whether you've tried reinstalling the game yet? Sorry to hear about the trouble you're getting, thanks for taking time out to fill out a bug report.

    Now looks ok
    Only sometimes i have situation i see in shop "Watch ad 0/6"
    after Ad i get reward, but Watch Ad dissapeard.
    Then i close Shop - open Shop again and have "Watch Add 1/6"
    And I can repeat that till 6/6

    I Have Samsung Galaxy 9+
    Stamina varies

    I have Ipad witch different account and i hadn't that problem

    How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The pack wasn't there in the store.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The pack doesn't appear on the store.
    What do you expect to see? The pack in the store.

    It was my last objective for the day but I couldn't complete it to get the stuff tokens.

    @TheScholarAM Have you tried reinstalling the game? When I opened up the store and claimed the pack the tile will still display and ask me whether I want to have a reminder on when it can be claimed again.

    If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.

    Man, the game is broken and this is happening to EVERYONE, why do you people still bother to act surprised about this like it's a rare exception?
