April Live Pass: Not collecting Live Tickets

I am experiencing the same symptoms, and last month I experienced a reset of all points I used

All of the live ticket points I used last month are gone, as are all the 180 points I had to get through this month's live pass and the 30 points I achieved additionally. How do I solve this problem?

I boght the live pass and live pass mvp , and finiished all levels the same day , but did not recieve all of th live tickets i earned

We aren't able to look into missing content like this over the forums, so this would need to be reported with the live support team so they can review your account information a bit further and see what's going on.

I have the same problem

I reached the live team and made a case but when i try to resume my cases the page doesnt let me

The page doesnt load when i resume a case it continues loding

Please create a brand new case on the help site instead of resuming a previous one. 

Thanks for replying.  And the crappy thing about is that EA is not going to do anything.  I put in a request and they closed it right away, saying no fix available.  Hopefully, one of the EA moderators of this forum will help us.  If not, hopefully it will be fixed in May or 106 OVR McGrady is available on auction.

I did that today and they said they are going to check the issue
