Can’t reach level 7 of Multi year

hello.  I’m playing NBA Live m Playing Multi-year Lineup Events, I can’t evolute to level 7 (the last).  I’ve completed level 6 and wined the key 7 but I just can’t Unlock level 7.  please ...

    @Fijisports Hello there, Chapter 7 is locked at the moment (I have finished chapter 6 and waiting for chapter 7 too).
