After new content rollout, went to log in as “returning user” error message “Login failed” … could not find any linked accounts”
Advisors stated other users were having this issue, and they were working on servers. 6hrs later, same issue.
Tried all usual trouble-shooting protocols. Opened up a case as well. Showing “no fix” hope that’s not the case lol
Any help Appreciated
My NBA Live Mobile account is linked to my Facebook account and I cannot log in. Whenever I sign in using Facebook, my Facebook shows my NBA Live Mobile username but NBALM just says Login Failed.

Ok, that's great that your progress is backed up by being linked to Facebook. For now, let's try these steps:
- Check for app updates and install any that are available.
- Restart your device.
Do you have your User ID noted down?

I have tried every troubleshooting method they have. And yes, I have my user ID

thanks for all the answers and guidance provided to all the previous messages.I have the same problem of logging in my NBALIVE mobile account.
All my content is backed up to Facebook and I do have my user ID.
Should put here ? Or send it privately ?

Thanks for confirming your content is backed up and your ID is ready to go if needed 😄 For now, hold onto it. The login error may be just a syncing or caching issue, and so I'm hoping that these steps can help fix it. Could you give the steps for your platform a go and let me know how you get on, please?
