- Device (iPhone XS Max, Google Pixel 2 etc.):
- Activity before the crash (i.e: Purchased packs/bundles - if so, which packs and provide screenshot):
- Device OS and version (e.g. iOS 12, Android 9 etc.):

I’ve included screen shots of my UID and my current team. I’m not sure how I can send you screen shots of packs I’ve purchased. I’ve purchased a few and they’ve been opened. I’m trying to load the game on my iPhone XS Max and it’s never loaded. I’m currently trying to play on an out of date Samsung phone. That’s how I got the screen shots for you. Let me know if you need anything else. I’d be happy to be a tester for EA for this if you need one.
