ios12

Does anyone else with ios12 having issues with the game opening?

Can anyone seeing this issue please reply with the following details to help us look into this:

  • UID (how to find UID):
  • Device (iPhone XS Max, Google Pixel 2 etc.):
  • Activity before the crash (i.e: Purchased packs/bundles - if so, which packs and provide screenshot):
  • Device OS and version (e.g. iOS 12, Android 9 etc.):

Hello @EA_Barry,

I'm french and I have the same problem on my "iphone xs max" in ios 12. The game works on my "iphone x" in ios 12.

- UID (how to find UID): 129557321

- Device: iPhone XS Max

- Activity before the crash: I restored the backup of my iphone x to my iphone xs max. The game never started. It opens and closes immediately after displaying the EA logo,

- Device OS and version: iOS 12.

I think it's more related to iphone xs max (maybe its screen resolution) than to ios12.
