Every time I open the app the loading screen comes up as usual but when the game loads to the menu it just crashes. I already restarted my phone a few times and it didn’t fix it. Anyone knows how I can fix this? I am playing on an Iphone 15. Thanks :)
Game play freezing and exiting the game itself
Not your device problem, I am playing on an Android phone. Every time I wanted to play the new event, it crashed too.
For the past 8 hours, the app kept crashing whenever I tried to open the tip-off event, and now I can't even open the app at all.Please restore it as soon as possible and provide compensation.
The app crashes immediately when I try to open it...
I played since the launch day alright, but the games first started crashing the second day the tip off promo was brought in
fixed it by reinstalling the app, it worked for a few hours but now it’s stuck again.
game wouldn’t load mostly; once in a while it would get me into the new promo screen but then it crashes again once I press anything.
I’m on an iOS 18.7.1 iPhone 13 Pro; also tried a compatible android but couldn’t use the same EA login to get in. Thanks

I'd also recommend checking to see if your phone text is set to a larger size. If it is, try returning it to the default text size and see if that helps with the crashes.

I have played the game for a week and then it started crashing. I open the app, it start loading for 4 sec and then crashes out. I have tried everything and is still not working. This issue comes from your side, not from ours since hundreds of people are still having the same issue. So please be kind and report to the developers to resolve that. We have been playing this game from day 1 season 1 and it is not fair for such loyal players. If you can’t resolve it, be kind and inform us so we delete this game from our phone and stop getting mad about it. Thanks
