Scout recrouits missing after the latest update (01/01/2021)

After the latest update I'm missing half of my Scouts recruited in the World Tour campaign. Yesterday i was at 69% and today it shows me only 34%. My Scouts missing are: Rj Barret Ish Smith John...

@🤭🤭bugiO🤭o We won't get compensated. Probably we will get an answer like this one:

"For this issue there is no planned make-good going out to players. Requests for compensation can be submitted to our EA Advisors at Help.EA.com or via in-game from Settings>Help>Missing Content. While requests can be submitted, I cannot guarantee they will be guaranteed.
Thank you for being a huge help to the Community by reporting this here so we can notify the NBA Live Mobile team. Please continue to raise any issues you come across so we can be that 6th man for you.
Good luck on the courts going into the new year and season of NBA Live Mobile!"

And if you report a missing content case in EA Help probably you will get an answer like this:

"Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for your patience, we know it's frustrating but we can't compensate you".

@🤭🤭bugiO🤭o I dont think so. Its been like this since the game started.

This game is worse than Cyberpunk 2077 and the devs dont even bother to reply. No executive for the devs to blame here. Someone should sue ea sports. Maybe that will force the devs to design a better game.

To all my bros I don't have any high expectations towards this game or the so called hyped Season 5. It's going down into a rabbit hole that's for sure. We all are facing so many problems since way back and especially now the most. And what's EA doing literally nothing at all. It's like banging your head onto a stone. The stone won't get affected just we gonna get hurt. So if any of you spending even a single bit of money on this please don't just don't.

I thought EA meant "Electronic Arts" but it more feels like now as an Art of making excuses but nothing. So many of us posting our concern regarding so many issues not a single yet got resolved till now. I'm done with this stupid manipulative game.

  I heard that the recruits will be restored on Thursday.
  I also heard that the superstars will be available to increase to 115 OVR on Thursday.
  Hopefully both of these things are true. Time will tell.

    So we gonna have a week to collect the rewards from Scouts and no compensation given for the week we lost them, just like the lost SP.
    And we gonna have a week to upgrade the Superstars to 115. I have 6 Superstars to upgrade to 115, I need all season 5 to achieve it.
