Have you deleted the app and re-installed it?
As long as you synced up with Facebook or Google Play your progress will be saved.
In our Madden Mobile forum a player wasn't able to get into the game until they turned their sleep mode timer off on their phone. Do you have a timer setting you recently changed?I have deleted the app and installed it many times it still gets stuck and I login with my Facebook account and I don't have a sleep time change thing

Have you tried going to your FB app on your device and under settings removed NBA LIVE MOBILE? You won't lose progress, but it does remove the connection forcing you to login again. Can you let me know if that works?
