Stuck on black Ea loading screen NBA teams

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug I tried everything it's still stuck with the black Ea loading screen with the nba teams
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On my old phone it didn't do that I recently bought a new phone Moto G Stylus 5G running android 11
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes it works but then it says failed to download resources while playing limited time events
What do you expect to see? I want it to work please without any issues

Can you screenshot me your lineups? There was a similar report of a certain player item causing a game to freeze up, curious if that is the same for you.

Do you have AVDIJA (71) in your lineup?

It's impossible for me to screenshot my lineup it's stuck on the black Ea loading screen so I can't get in the game

At this point I recommend contacting our Support team so they can get a case logged for you to determine why you are not able to access the game. It sounds like it could be a synching issue where you'll need to log in from another device to properly sync up with the servers again.

Match & event loading issues since LNY / Trade Deadline update.. SD, PVP, all LIVE TODAY events except Coin Blitz, Trade token events were broken.. 86 Caruso at C is causing this in my case. Tested on Old Samsung S6 Active device and new A12 device. Hope this info helps.. p.s. Plz fix 86 Caruso at C with animation brick wall and correct hair

I got into the game and unlinked the game to Facebook and I linked it to Google play games and I can't play the limited time events this keeps popping up resource download error
