60 frames cap PC

Is there any possibility on PC for a 60 frames cap?

I have a 2k 144mhz monitor and by default OR and OFF Vsync is making the 2070 Super trying to achieve 144fps which is impossible at Ultra. Can somehow cap to 2k 60fps via any config file??

Would be nice if you can add a frames option at a menu next time.

    @dioxido You can also try the new Max Frame Rate option in the latest NVIDIA drivers but I have found it not working really well for every game.
