Attempt to save customization failed

Performance and body upgrades will not save to my cars. I own the items, but I can't equip them.

I am trying to add performance parts to my BMW M3 evolution but every time I go to add or replace a part it says “Attempt To Save Customisation Changes Failed” any idea on how to fix this???

Got a new car, the dodge challenger then i could first customize the looks but the upgrades for Performance could not be applyed. But buying the upgrades works. Now the looks also can not be changed. Same error message appears: "upgrades couldn't be saved".

I had this code come up:

I couldnt equip modifications to my car, so i quit the lobby before saving. When returing back all of my progression I completed the time ive played was gone. Some cars remained but some were gone, all parts were gone besides the ones already equipped to existing cars already and the money was also dropped from around 150k to 19k.

I have a video saved of what happened.

Please can i get a response!

Can you guys let us know if performing fewer customisations between saves has an effect here please?

I'm having exactly the same problem with my GT2RS, haven't found any solution so far amd it sucks that i spent my time farming money for a car i can't use now and i can't but feel that it hinders somewhat my progress in game... i've also had the game crash multiple times now, the last one made me unplug the power cable cuz the PS4 was frozen for 20 minutes.

I don't think so, unless paint and stance counts... also i've been having several crashes on PS4 the last one made me unplug the power cable.

Hey @Wintzell  what platform are you having this error on? And what kind of network set up do you have?
