Me and my friends are also having this problem, why has there been no response on here from EA, is it another case of an older game they just dont care about anymore, they only interested in latest releases eg, Need for Speed: Rivals
for any1 having problems, please try & add me since i have no origin friends & i want to play this game & other nfs games.

I hope they sort this out NFS The Run is a far better game than Rivals. Rivals has too many glitches and no real storyline. I just cannot get immersed in the game at all!!
The Run is the best game EA has produced hopefully they will make new versions racing across Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia, there's four more titles for EA to produce!!!! Keep developing!!!
