Can i have a save game for atleast 1st chapter for PC?

I have i7 but graphic card sucks, so i needed to get graphic lower and to do so i need to pause the game, but i cant do it because i cant play game. Can you send me save game for 1st chapter only?

I had this game and want to play so badly, i just need save game for 1st chapter or to the first point where i can pause and lower graphics for game.
