You're welcome. Funny note: while I work from another country I actually happen to be from the Netherlands as well. Go Dutchies!

This also means that I am familiar with your internet provider. I checked their website and found several self-service tools that might help you with improving your internet connection:

    https://www.kpn.com/prive/tv-internet-bellen/service/installeren-gebruiken/servicetools.htm

I hope that helps you. For any further questions your internet provider is still the place to go. They will have access to your router and network settings, something that we at EA cannot check for you.

I do hope everything works out for you so that you can get back into the game. Lastly, good to hear that you like Need for Speed. I think it is a great game and that makes me proud that I get to support it!

    Have a nice day,

    Hi,

We added a popup in the last update that displays when your connection to the EA servers is unstable. You will still be able to play but you might experience gameplay issues.

In case #23581105 you have uploaded three UOTraces with all of them having a higher than average ping. From what I understand from the case, you have UPNP enabled and you are playing via a wired connection. This means our Advisors went through all the necessary steps with you. I would still recommend to check the information that is listed in our advanced connection troubleshooting article.

If you've gone through those steps as well and the issue persists then I would recommend to contact your internet provider for further assistance.
