Hello EW_MSC,
Have you followed the recommended steps? You need to login into your EA app and use the same account in which you got the game. If the issue persists, you should talk to EA support.

Yes, but EADM is offline now, so I cant solve this problem, and I tried to contact EA support live chat but it always loading.

Wait a day or two, you can also try using incognito mode when trying to open the chat.

I am in the exact same situation.
I have had various exchanges with support but have not been able to resolve the issue.

Its been like this for a few years now basically impossible to get the game going legit with the new origin app. EA just doesn't care about these old games enough to keep them going.

Yes, even EA doesn't care about there customers, also loosing reputation through new garbage games. Many customers and users will be happy if EA make legacy NFS digitally available for purchase, leading to good profit and reputation among peoples.
