CANNOT play NFS Prostreet with EA APP

When I started the game, it shows "In order to launch this game, please login to  the EA download manager to verify your ownership, then try again". How can I start the game, please help me

Hello EW_MSC,

Have you followed the recommended steps? You need to login into your EA app and use the same account in which you got the game. If the issue persists, you should talk to EA support.

Yes, but EADM is offline now, so I cant solve this problem, and I tried to contact EA support live chat but it always loading.

    Wait a day or two, you can also try using incognito mode when trying to open the chat.
