Can you please do a UOTrace and ping EA servers for each please upload your results.

To UOTrace - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-uo-trace/

Upload your UOTrace reuslts to hastebin.com then press CTRL+S and tell me the link.

To Ping EA follow these steps,

1)Press Win+R, in the box type CMD and hit enter
2)Type into CMD 'ping easo.ea.com'
3)Hit enter and await results.

You know that cracked files = downloaded game which = illegal?

Yo @oinky5ever, please uninstall the cracked game and reinstall one using origin. To activate your code in origin follow these steps,

That code should be activated via origin,

1) Open Origin

2) Press Origin > Redeem Product Code

3) Input the code then press Next

4) Confirm this is the product, you may then need to confirm redemption

5) The game will now appear in your origin library

@Cryphisss you can but product codes. You don't need to buy it from origin, despite the fact that it should have already been activated anyhow lets not argue.
