Cant Install 1.03 Patch Nfs rivals Ps3

Dear EA, Ive been trying to update Need for speed rivals on my ps3 and i got it on Oct 1,16 and the game files installed properly but when i got online it gave me a prompt telling me to update the game and when i try to its stops at 31% or 30% Then giving me the error code 800233EF Ive called sony and they said it might be cause of the servers being busy or there probably down Ive tried all of the troubleshooting tips sony gave me and none of them worked, If anyone could actually help me that would be nice -Sincerely TheThugkid
