Can't log in to the game. NFSNL

I have been a dedicated player of this game for approximately seven or eight years and have never encountered the issue I am currently experiencing. Since the "Pandemonium" update, I have been unable to log into the game. Each attempt to open the game results in an indefinite loading screen. I have diligently followed all troubleshooting steps without success and have also contacted EA support. They informed me that they are unable to assist and suggested I visit the EA forums, where a community manager would then relay the problem to the developers.
