Cant reach VIP reward - NFS Shift 2 Un.

I play Need for Speed Shift 2 Unleashed.

I want to try NFS VIP bonus reward, but when I want to „check" it in menu-extras, it writes I am not able to confirm getting reward, but I thing I should. I have bought the game. Please hel me out of it, is something what I should complete more?
