Car floats and I can't move it

I'm starting an event and suddenly while I'm driving, the car enters a wall (the wall appears at tunnel entrances for example) out of nowhere and then the car just floats in the air. I can't move the...

This sounds more like a connectivity issue. Can you go through the relevant connectivity troubleshooting below and let us know what, if anything works.
