No Ferrari, no like!
@Sorum13 Ferrari probably wanted too much for licensing or they could not reach a deal which is why they might not be in the game. They could be in a future DLC though. Id much rather drive a Lamborghini than a Ferrari. Even though the F40, F50 and the 599XX are cool cars.
Rivals and Need 2015/2016 have Ferrari models any, nope about to pay dlcs for an incomplete game again!
@Sorum13 It would not be an incomplete game though. Incomplete would be releasing a game with half the map open. You are talking about cars that might not be in the game because of either licensing issues or an agreement issue. Car licensing is a complicated and expensive thing. You can not just go to a car company and say "Hey, we want your cars in our game." They have certain conditions based off of the agreement that they want. That could mean no body kits, performance upgrades, parts falling off or little things such as window tints.
