Closing automatically when I am going to start a race

When I click or choose any option to start race, it closes automatically. The program runs but closes when I click or choose any option(like carrier, quick race, race etc.) to start a race. I show that there is no map.(A map always appears when quick race or other option like it is choosen in others pc). Even I can't reinstall or remove it from my pc (Windows 10 pro, HP). Please reply if solution is available. (Need for speed most wanted).
