lets see if we can find a workaround in the mean time, make sure that all drivers for windows are up to date.
You can also try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with HEAT and turn off any overlay programs for example Discord or Nvidia experience.
Worth to reinstall the GPU drivers for your PC.

I fixed my problem after i striped off all visual parts from my car and also after i removed wrap from my car... Works without crashing now... Go to garage and remove wrao from your car and then go and remove all visual oarts from your car spoilers,body kits,rims ect ect then go into free roam and then go into menu and quit game into main menu after than go back in game and try to race it should work... Mine works great now
