Custom races for Heat or newest game

Now this is less of a question and more of a hope for the next need for speed game. Fingers cross the game is going to be big but there is a big feature i think should be in the game. If this was added to Heat now it would probably become one of my fav racing games of all time. Now im  a sucker for freedom to customise and i love being able to create anything, so the feature i think should be in the new game is custom races, like you can actually design how the race goes, pathways to objects, use your custom cars in the race and everything. give the freedom to the player and using multiplayer as the platform you could set up cool and custom races for everyone. even if i could set up a normal race but be able to change the AI racers cars so i can get better photos with the cars i want. My ultimate hope is something like midnight club los angeles but i think it could be expanded apon. like i said we could place our own props down like barriers to cars. the limits are endless. With a new map this can give players a new way of exploring and finding new paths to race. This really would open up the illegal street racing vibe going down ally ways to get to the finish. Now of course  something like this would be extreme and take alot of times, but like i said even if it was a simple car change i would be pleased.
