Decals on downloaded wraps keep disappearing on ps4

Decals on downloaded wraps keep disappearing. i have restarted the game multiple times but keep having the same issue. it first started with only one care. but now has spread to multiple vehicles. they do not appear in online speedlists and if i reapply them they stay for a limited time in single player before being removed again. extremely frustrating

    I'm sure this issue is in the forums numerous times before, but has anybody got a fix for wraps not loading, mainly in multilayer? 90% of my wraps don't load in speedlists and all drive, and sometimes don't load in single player  Other people in the lobby can see them but I can't.. I've tried numerous fixes but nothing works!

    Advise appreciated, thanks!!
