All of the above don't work
Have you tried disabling Origin in-game overlay?
Have you tried disabling HBAO or SSAO (Ambient Occlusion) ?

The first things I've tried are of course lowering the settings...
I formatted my system drive and reinstalled Windows.
Downoaded and installed every Windows update.
Executed the DirectX setupfile that came with NFS Rivals.
I changed the TDR delay to 8 seconds.Completely turned off TDR.
Turned off the aero theme.
Turned off PCI-E Link-state power management.
Tried older and newer graphiccard drivers after a driversweep.
Updated every driver on my computer.
Underclocked my GPU.
I used the stocksettings for my GPU (was already on those settings).
Modded my GPU BIOS so the 80% powercap was removed and the fan runs at a 100%.
Updated my motherboard BIOS.
Tried the 32 bits and the 64 bits executable.
Hell, I even cleaned my computer on the inside from dust and stuff like that yesterday, really careful of course.
When I say I've tried everything and more I mean I've tried everything and more.
But in my opinion all of the above shouldn't be necessary, even Battlefield 4 runs perfectly fine on my computer now (there are still a few small bugs though) and I've never had problems like these with any other game... I seriously only have problems like these with EA games, so I refuse to believe that my computer is the problem and I am the one who needs to solve this problem...
Since this game is already out there since November 2013 I am not expecting a solution from EA anymore, so I guess I won't be buying Hardline then 🙂 I'm done with all the frustrations I get from games I buy with my hard earned money.

Eh?
A simple "Yes I tried those" would have sufficed, I was only trying to help :/
IDK what to tell you other than ^

I'm just letting you know what I've already tried, thanks for the effort though
