Does EA plan to update the NFS Network app for android and apple anytime soon?

I got the app for both my phone and my iPad but when logging in on either of them nothing happens! I know I have the right username and password and all so I know that is not the issue, so hopefully ...

I had a similar problem but in IOS 11 you can’t even download it. It says EA has to update it for IOS 11.
