DRIFT???

You need to release the accelerator as you make your way to the corner; Once you lean into the turn, press it back in and you should get back up to speed while also drifting.  You could be overcompensating/turning so all I can really suggest is practice

Soooo disappointing of the drifting in this game, you literally can't hold a long drift in this game with any setup, after so many years of making nfs they still can't make the drifting right... did they even tried? although it is better than payback it still very clunky and unable to hold a long drift...

Have Car 500HP and she not can correctly go in drift and car not can scroll wheels so to slide was manageable and long. It's funny because 2019 is the year and Ghost games never learned how to make games

I know right like literally even with full drift parts I can’t even hold a 10-20 seconds drift with my rx7 in payback and 2015 I can literally hold a drift easily and heck even their competitor crew 2 i can drift pretty good at that game As well

I'm in full agreement with you on this pooly made drift in this game.

I'm sure you have been experiencing the same mess on the track like so many people who want to be drifting but the cars feel like they are off balance in drifts.

We can thank Ghost Studios for being asleep at their work stations and conference board room when building this incomplete game on launch day. 

Game is an epic fail in many ways.

Yes Crew 2 we can drift good there.

NFS Heat fails at drift no matter what we do to tune or scalp our rides or accelerate or brake with our controller's or keyboards.

Which is why NFS needs wheel support day one standard not month away!!

NFS folks is not what it use to be which was....in a word....fun.

The glory days are over in my opinion.
