@Warlord1981NL Easiest way is to use any old car, upgrade it to whatever you like for your tastes, and do all the events. The PR is totally irrelevant in every way.
I found the best mix of parts was some off road and drift, and grip tires, ended up being somewhere in the lower right square roughly in the middle of that square and a bit closer to the bottom.
