The Las Vegas area gets less than 4 inches of rain a year I believe and that happens during the monsoon season. Having no dynamic weather is not a problem for sure. It would be cool to get somemud slinging on some offroad vehicles though.
Day night cycle is plenty IMHO. I really like everything i see as far as map size and diverse landscapes go and am not feeling we need more.. I am just hoping the customization and related got the more detailed attention. If we have to sacrifice weather and such to get it then I,m all for it . My 2 cents 🙂
