Enable Importing of other NFS soundtracks

NFS Heat is by far my favorite NFS in a long time. The only downside aside from a couple bugs here and there is the soundtrack. It would be nice if I was able to import the soundtracks from other NFS games that I already or have previously owned. I much prefer the soundtrack from NFS Payback.
