Error code 3

Still cant play online

    Hey @b8a2lywqag7u @Nallenarkkari To confirm have you already reached out to our support to make sure the account looks good?

    • EA Help website - Live Support (Phone, Chat, Email) 
    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance   

    If so, then we can try the following and check if this conitnues.

    Spoiler
    • Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Check any AV or Firewall that might interfere/control network traffic
    • Check your Modem/router settings for anything that may block/interfere with network traffic
    • Switch from Wi-Fi to ethernet, or if unable move closer to your router. 
    • Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  

      PS:
    • Open your PS NAT Type

    @Nallenarkkari Would it be possible to get more information on the issue your running into?

    - Which platform are you on?
    - When do you encounter the error message?
    - Would it be possible to get a screenshot or clip of the error?

    @EA_Illium  Pc Steam is my platform and i get error everytime i try to play online
