Error need for speed no limits

Same for me, after last week's update. Although my name appears at the beginning and I appear logged into the player profile, the “sign in” button appears on the homepage. Also since then I can't access “crews” because it tells me to log in, sends me to Google play, checks my info, I put in my email address and the answer is “this account already exists on your device”. Which is exactly what shanebirkin83 says.

I reinstalled the game, no change. I'm playing on a Google Pixel 8 Pro on which worked OK before.

It is not the case to have 2 Google accounts on your phone. I only have one account, but instead of connecting to it, the game tells me that “this account already exists on your device”, as if it's trying to create a new account instead of connecting to the existing one.

I see that the problem is solved. How? It persists with me even after updating to Android 16.

Exactly what im on about. I'm already logged in but still asking to log in, even though im already am. I'm using samsung z6 flip. Iv tried install and uninstall etc.... nothing works so im not going on until.iyd fixed. Hope it's soon as I put a lot of time and money in the game and I ain't starting again

Same issue here. S22 Android 15. We have to wait for an update and I HOPE that it's going to fix this. Because if not, this is just frustrating. I don't even know if it can be even more frustrating than it already is, when you literally can't log in INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, and devs are literally doing nothing about it. Wow.

You clearly don't understand what the problem is. Try creating a new Google account yourself and you'll see — new accounts simply can't log into the game.

So don’t mark it as resolved so casually — it’s completely irresponsible. Can’t you see the feedback from other players?

I have seen this on my device before, and all I had to do was back out when it asked for my Google ID. I just pressed the < button on my device, and the game went back a screen and logged in normally.
I'm not sure if it's the same for you, but it's worth a try.

Ye iv already tried that. Its one of the things I tried and same result. It still thinks im already logged in but still asking for the login
