Facing Lack of respone of keys in NFS Heat

i am facing lack of key response issue. all my keys like wasd and the arrow keys are not working properly. they don't respond properly. if i accelerate my car it automatically starts to halt and to accelerate it properly i need to keep pressing the button. holding it won't work properly. i tried to switch the keys but that did'nt worked either'

please help me to fix the issue.

    Hi @mrnobody0206 Thanks for this information, to check do you have any other input devices connected wired or wirelessly to the laptop?

    I play on my laptop.

    LAPTOP SPECS-

    Core- Ryzen 5-5600h hexa core

    Graphic card- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4GB

    Ram- 8 GB

    Windows 11

    I checked all the recommended spec before buying the game.

    Yes, I have my thrustmaster t.80 ferrari connected to it. The Up/down arrows dont work on my keyboard at the same time.
